When your funds have been received by your new Custodian, and you have opened a checking account in the name of your LLC, you can make arrangements to have the funds transferred from the custodian to your LLC account.

You will need to execute an investment directive to the custodian to make the purchase of a membership interest in your LLC.  The custodian will usually request a copy of your LLC Operating Agreement

The custodian will have the specific forms to assist you in this transaction.
